No personal information will be collected without your knowledge. In a logic of respect for privacy, Madaëf undertakes that the collection and processing of personal information, if necessary, be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Dahir n ° 1-09-15 of 22 safar 1430 ( February 18, 2009) promulgating Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. No personal information is transferred to third parties.
In accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned law 09-08, Madaëf guarantees the User a right of access, rectification and opposition to the personal data concerning him. The User has the possibility to exercise this right by sending a letter to Madaëf Place Carrée Mahaj Ryad Center, Building 5, 4th floor, Rabat 1000 – Morocco.
As part of the improvement of its services, Madaëf already informs the User that cookies may be placed on his computer in order to generate statistics on the use of the Madaëf website (the most visited, the frequency of access to the site, etc.). Under no circumstances may stored cookies contain the User’s personal data.
